PHASE ONE · GATEWAY & CORE INFRASTRUCTURE
Phase One brings the entry gateway, primary road network, power, water and drainage online first — with an initial residential release and commercial activation zone. Applicants who complete pre-qualification before Phase One closes are ranked first for allocation, across every district.
